Have you and your partner been trying to conceive for some time, or have encountered fertility challenges? Consult with our Doctors about your concerns about your fertility and undertake fertility testing via your local pathology service.

Our test panel includes: Semen Analysis + Blood Test: Total Testosterone, FSH, LH, Prolactin.

How long have you and your female partner been actively trying to conceive for?

Have you biologically fathered any children before?

Do you have a family history of infertility/difficulty conceiving?

Do you suffer from erectile dysfunction?

Have you ever been diagnosed with a Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) before? E.g. Chlamydia, Gonorrhoea

Have you had any significant testicular injuries/surgeries in the past?

Have you taken steroids off label for body/muscle mass building?

After reviewing your order, you will receive a link within 24 hours to schedule a Telehealth appointment with one of our doctors, who will then provide you with your Pathology Request Form.
