  • What conditions do you treat that would be eligible for Natural Therapy?

    We specialise in managing insomnia, anxiety and neurodiverse conditions such as ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and chronic pain associated with various inflammatory and chronic conditions that have persisted for over six months and have not responded to conventional treatments.

  • Are there any restrictions on who can receive Natural Therapy?

    Yes. Under WA Health regulations, we cannot prescribe Natural Therapies to individuals who: ● Have a history of psychosis-related illnesses (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder) ● Are pregnant or breastfeeding. Special Authorities: ● We have TGA-Approved Authorised Prescriber status for Children under 18 years of age however they will require a supporting letter from their Paediatrician for Natural Therapy. ● Patients with a history of drug dependency or those currently enrolled in a Community Program for Opiate Pharmacotherapy (CPOP)—such as Suboxone or Buvidal—require special prescribing authorisations. These referrals and applications can be arranged as part of your care, but prescriptions will not be issued during the initial consultation.

  • What are the consultation fees?

    New Consults are $99 for 20 minutes. Follow-up Consults are $59 for 10 minutes

  • Can I transfer my care from another clinic to e-Doctor?

    Yes. Please book an Initial Appointment as a NEW patient. Please also request a discharge letter from your previous provider and email it to admin@e-doctor.au. Only one active prescriber is allowed as per the WA Department of Health regulations.

  • Am I guaranteed a prescription from e-Doctor?

    A consultation does not guarantee a prescription. Prescriptions will only be issued if assessed to be appropriate by our Doctors. Your health and safety is of utmost importance and our medical team will ensure that what we prescribe is safe for you.

  • How much medications do I get prescribed?

    ● Initial Consultation: Typically, a one-month supply is prescribed. ● Follow-Up: After review, prescriptions may cover up to three months, with recommended reviews every 3-6 months. Please note that a consultation does not guarantee a prescription, and our Doctors will prescribe based on clinical need.

  • Why do I have various script intervals and maximum amounts stated on my prescriptions?

    ● Dosages are always prescribed based on clinical need, adhering to the following guidelines from WA Department of Health. ● Maximum Daily Dosages: Inhaled: 500mg, Oral: 40mg ● Prescriptions exceeding 300mg/day inhaled or 30mg/day oral require additional authorisation from WA Health.

  • Can I get my medication delivered by e-Doctor?

    No, we do not offer medication delivery services but we will provide a list of dispensaries who can offer a delivery service.

  • I need a Doctor’s letter detailing the Natural Therapies I'm on for Travel or Work or Personal reasons. How do I request one?

    For a Travel or Doctor's Letter, please refer to our FAQ page for the direct request link. Otherwise, you can also request this by contacting our team.

  • I need to cancel my appointment – can I reschedule?

    Yes please let us know as soon as possible at admin@e-doctor.au at least 24 hours prior so we can reschedule your appointment. If you inform us <24 hours to your appointment, a late re-scheduling fee of $30 will be applicable.
